About Diacom
Diacom was established in 1988 as a telephone systems provider to small to medium size industries (SME).

Since then, Diacom has established a strong presence in the market as a highly resourceful systems company as a National Distributor representing Siemens Telecommunications Limited, Ascom Telecommunications Limited (UK) and Bitronic Telecommunication of Taiwan. Headquartered in Dublin, Diacom works closely with dealers in Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Galway and Sligo and in conjunction with its dealers, offers same day countrywide service to all clients.

Our engineers, who have a very strong service ethic, are fully hardware and software literate and mostly support Windows based systems programmes. They work very closely with their own supplier's technical support centres to resolve the more difficult site issues as they arise. Our engineers have also traveled to their supplier's headquarters to acquire higher-level technical knowledge on new software releases and they host technical visits in Dublin from senior engineers from their supplier companies on a number of occasions per year.

Our sales and marketing group have negotiated many large project sales with both Central and Local Government Departments. We also have experience in running projects with major national companies such as Guinness Ireland, Irish Rail, Fyfees Ireland and Thermo King International. Along with a strong marketing arm, we possess a clear understanding of complex networks and their interworking with other systems and the reporting and outgoing system management.
